On March 14, 2024, the Company’s board of directors voluntarily decided to suspend trading of the Company’s membership units on the qualified matching service operated by FNC Ag Stock LLC. The board of directors decided to suspend trading on the Company’s qualified matching service indefinitely while it conducts due diligences on a potential transaction in order to protect the interest of the Company’s members.
